Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using IdleCanvas, our games and our book summaries. By using the site you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

Last updated 28 October 2026

1. Using IdleCanvas

IdleCanvas (“we”, “us”) runs idlecanvas.com, where you can play games such as Ludo, Call Break, Kitty, Langur Burja and Carrom, and read or listen to book summaries. By visiting the site, creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use IdleCanvas.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use of the site.

You can play some games as a guest without an account, but guests do not keep chips, stats or friends.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Use a username that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove usernames that break these rules.

4. Play chips are not money

Some games, including Langur Burja and Kitty, use play chips. Play chips are for fun only:

  • They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything of value.
  • They cannot be bought, sold, traded or transferred outside the game.
  • We may reset, adjust or remove chip balances, for example to fix errors or stop abuse.

IdleCanvas does not offer real-money gambling. Do not use the site to arrange bets or payments with other players, including through chat or rooms.

5. Fair play and behaviour

To keep games fun for everyone, you agree not to:

  • cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
  • harass, threaten or insult other players, or share hateful or sexual content;
  • share other people’s personal information;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Content on IdleCanvas

The games, designs, text and book summaries on IdleCanvas belong to us or our licensors. Book summaries are written by us to describe the main ideas of each book. The original books, titles and ideas belong to their authors and publishers, and our summaries are not a substitute for reading them.

Avatars are “Adventurer Neutral” by Lisa Wischofsky, used under the CC BY 4.0 licence via DiceBear.

You may not copy, resell or republish our content without permission.

7. What you post

You keep ownership of things you post, such as chat messages and your username. You give us permission to show them on IdleCanvas so the service works. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

8. Changes and availability

We are always improving IdleCanvas, so games and features may change or be removed. We try to keep the site running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we will let you know on the site or by email. Continuing to use IdleCanvas after an update means you accept the new Terms.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from My account → Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. When an account is closed, its chips, stats and friends are removed.

10. Disclaimers and liability

IdleCanvas is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data or problems caused by things outside our control, such as your internet connection or device. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nepal, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use local courts.
